Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jya99 account credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jya99 support immediately.

jya99 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. 04 Deposits

jya99 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on jya99 — including Dino Hunter, Fisher Game, Lucky Neko, Drill That Gold, Gold Toad Fishing, and Keno — are games of chance. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and are not influenced by previous results, bet size, or any external factor.

By placing a bet on jya99, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, jya99 will resolve the round based on available game data. If resolution is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
